Dragon Epidemic!

News at 11: Dragon Epidemic sweeps the US!

There has been widespread panic across the nation stemming from the report of a scheduled Dragon invasion somewhere in the Midwest close to the Christmas holidays. People are advised to stay calm and prepare as much pie an cookies as possible to placate the creature. In an effort to become immune to the Dragon's cuteness, all are also encouraged to wallpaper their homes with dragon photos...such as this one.

Audrey's almost three months old! And that means it's less than 2 months until we get to go to Arkansas for Christmas! It's been two years since I've had a Mtn. Home Christmas, over a year since I've been home to Arkansas and Audrey's never seen my hometown. In other words, this visit is WELL overdue and It makes Christmas seem as exciting as it was as a little kid.

Anyway, that's how I'm justifying being stoked for Christmas when it's not even Halloween yet. John is going to have his hands full this year trying to keep me from playing (and singing) Christmas music before Thanksgiving and also trying to keep me from drinking my weight in Eggnog. (I had morning sickness last year and definitely didn't get my yearly quota)

Fortunately, Eggnog overindulgence wasn't listed as a dealbreaker in the prenuptual agreement.
